I just want to take the time to make sure you all are acknowledged for the work you put in. We set out with one main goal this cycle, and a slew of sub-goals. This is a breakdown of most of what we accomplished.
1: 3 level 20 camps (this was our primary goal).
2: Total membership participation ( obviously some participated more than others, but the fact remains, everyone contributed).
3: Achieved an AvA phase victor prize and also in doing so proved we are competitive(this was a sub goal).
4: Personal satisfaction from passing the Direwolves in their own stomping grounds of the north(another unspoken sub goal).
We started off strong in phase one, opening up phase two in first place in the reach and sixteenth place overall. After that we had a wonderful opening day conflict where we drove the opposition systematically into a submissive bargaining position to sue for peace. We made strong new allies. We maneuvered through conflicts with a bit of diplomatic finesse. We added a few options to keep communication open, and we finished strong.
Organization with the spreadsheet and battle plans kept us focused. Communication was constant. These were things we all tried to stress before, and showed that when implemented, proved to be a major difference maker.
You all played a large part in getting us to our final result. I thank every one of you, Officers and regular members. I'm very proud to have done everything we did WITH YOU ALL. I look forward to what we will do further down the road TOGETHER.
