Right, I think I've finally got my head around this now. It's been a strange week to say the least...the fun of publishing a book at the beginning of the week to the very low point of learning that one of my uncles died two days ago so it's taken me a while to get around to this. Thankfully I'm not panicking anymore!
First of all, AvA begins on Tuesday, I'd like us to have a more definite plan if possible. If Alex, Col, Ric and Z are about I'd like some help with that.
Second, I notice that we still have inactive players ranging from 15 days inactive to 30. If we are going to stay small we can't afford to have players who are inactive for that length of time. If any of you know of any active players who would like to join us let me know.
I see this alliance very much as a team not an alliance with a leader who lays down the law and tells everyone what to do. I want input from everyone as to what you all want us to achieve as an alliance. We need to work together to make this work. So far we have done brilliantly and I want us to continue to do well, we have some very strong players and I believe that we can achieve whatever we set out to do. Eventually even our modest proposal!
