Very quickly, while I understand that Shagga were a bunch of asses last phase, they got their shit together and stopped hitting us after negotiations. as they are a bunch of asses we would be better off not giving them an excuse to come after us and delay our goals in the future...
As for our goals. We still have players RIing and will likely not be up to full speed for three cycles. Therefore, I would suggest we head to the Reach one more time, maybe just an Aid and a Barter to conserve on mats, and then aim for a regional/offensive after that.
The key is that we need to stay on the same page. Last phase we were set up in two regions, had a Spy camp that took away from beneficial actions, and were split on who our partner alliances were.
Off phases we do not care about prizes, but a level 20 steal camp attacking other level 20 camps is a good way to get some coin, selling crystal swords, and dragon mats. We can reconsider what we plan to do after the next two phases, but the four phase plan that I would suggest is the current two phases, then another steal camp in Iron Islands, followed by an attempt at a regional VP prize. For the regional VP prize I would suggest waiting for a day, then making a decision on where to make our move, and basing our camps on regional tactical prizes.

I kinda see the off phase as the time to Merc and that is going to be the way we can have offensive fun, we are small but powerful as an alliance goes and lots of top groups want us to merc. I never have done it but this summer as school winds down and close for break my work gets easier and I can merc. But the next two weeks I will barely be on because school closings are one of our busy times of year. But Alex I do want to try it. But as for on phase, I understand if you are a 100 cp player with a dragon and all your RIs done how the aid barter is boring I understand it cause I am pretty much in the same boat myself, your character is a new muscle car and you want to test the road, I get it, but with half the guys still doing their RIs we are short on cps, and that is ok!! We have to let people work on their characters, but it also means that helping hands is the best goal for us on our on phase till we get at least 15 people done with RIs and to full cp strenght, then we can try fighting on an on phase. But again on an off phase you can merc ri dragon hunt, craft illustrious stuff, whateves. We have tried some offensive trials on off phases and I have to say they reinforced my belief on two things, we are very powerful when we attack as a group, but we do not have the cps we need at the present time to compete with the big dogs. That is why the on off phases exist we can leave and merc with any group we want to and do what we want to on an off phase, join an offensive group whatever, but when we come together for on phase then that is our time to work as a team on ACHEIVABLE goals measuredd to fit our current membership and skills level. So take your muscle car out and test the road on the off phase but come back with mats built and ready to aid barter and spy for your teammates on on phases till we all get caught up and we can go offensive.
That is my thoughts. on phase help your buddies off phase help yourself

I've been following along the threads - just not participating as much because I've been focused on RI's and real life work. Now that my toon is pretty much built back up I'm starting to get involved in the AvA's again and I'll probably have a more active presence. Aside from that I'm just following the herd for now… I'm also working on a couple dragons so that's tying up the focus of my adventures/crafting etc… But I always keep ALL buildings active for AvA mats if the building isn't currently doing something for the dragon hunt.
