WOW!!!! I normally keep silent most of the time, but reading all of the Ideas about future AVA's has been interesting, but has also given me a headache. my question is how will we get 100% member participation and the command points? I'm RI'ing now, but I cant garuntee I'll have the command points That's desired. Heck I didt have it before I started my RI cycle. All ideas presented so far have been great, but how do we make sure all of our members are up to par when the time comes? Even for this AvA I think we've had generally 50-75% participation… Z probably knows better. But that's the nice thing about staying tier 1 - being able to be tight knit and communicative. As far as CP goes after RI cycles… I'd suggest using all of the 'character experience' tactics on the Incarnation you plan on playing from. So for me I think I'm going to end up at Greyjoy next. So as soon as I start on Greyjoy (if not the whole time I'm RI'ing) I'll turn on both character experience boosts I can (1 for general attacks and 1 for battle attacks) Scholar's tactic + Scholar's tactic of battle=9% more character experience. I'll also plan on have an SS dedicated to doing the quests from each volume (on Greyjoy only) so that I'm churning out quests very quickly. Once you get to the end of the story line… you should be 200+ I'd imagine or high 100's anyway. If you want to know more about levelling - ask Sam… she is definitely the one to know!

I currently level about thrice a day (at level 506), and the key is to have as many 'friends' as possible feeding you boss quests.

One thing I'll say… for whatever methods/strategies we come up with. We will need to be able to be fluid based on the circumstances. For instance… If I'm responsible for a camp in a hostile region and I'm just constantly being hammered… and say its Iron Islands and constant harass attacks are chewing up all the silver I'm trying to get to level my camps: There is no point in my continuing my efforts if there are other camps currently being levelled without problem that I could help. I think opening all camps at once would we'd find ourselves wondering where to put our efforts when some regions become problematic. I'd say - pull up and go where you're effective… once those are levelled completely… we 'as an alliance' deal with the troublesome areas… whether its aggressive actions or simply mass bartering to level camps before the problem alliances know what's going on. I guess I'm saying.. we may go Regional but have to switch to swarm and then back to regional and end up a little bit Nomad. But I like the regional idea of people having a camp(s) they are responsible for mats, and as we said - the silver to level it to the teens.

I currently don't level at all. My swords are all garrisoned...lol. Once I do my RI, obviously my main goal shifts away from Alliance and into personal growth. The quicker I get my CP back up, the more use I am to the Alliance as a whole. Boss challenges and Adventure parties as fast as I can churn them out

Holy crap! I'm with Royce, I'm in over my head trying to keep up with all this. I've never had a million silver at a time, much less $11m or $22m!

The numbers must be kinda numbing for members in the lower end of the Alliance power curve. Hell I'm shaking my head at some of the discussions. This AvA went very smoothly. One minor dust up with another alliance that we could have ground into powder if they hadn't sued for friendship. I guess my biggest hesitation with these discussions is that I feel they are based on a "best case scenario". High participation, high CP's, big bankroll, and everything going smoothly. The more complicated the plumbing, the easier it is to back up the septic. That is my concern. Having a plan is great and I have no issues with the basic premise of opening lotsa camps in lotsa regions. But we will need to be fluid in its implementation I think Alex is correct that we should do a test run with the goal of opening a few camps. It will give us a much better idea of how long it will take to build camps, how long it will take to gather mats & silver, how much resistance we can expect in certain regions and with certain allainces. I also think it might not be a bad idea to start a new thread where each member of the Alliance can report in with their basic stats, CP's, and number of SS's. We will need to know where we sit as a group before we start ahead with this plan

Silver, V,
Don't worry, you will get there.
Tre,
That makes perfect sense. Whatever plan we end up going with, we need to be fluid.
Cristan,
The spreadsheet for the Full Monty (which I will make when the plan is more clearly defined, are we using the regional, swarm, or nomad approach; what is our regional goal; will the eyrie be an open region or no) will include CP and silver. I'm not sure if we need to include stats or number of SS.
Once we have a little more info, I will help organize a trial run where I will ask three volunteer members to save up mats to open up and level a region by themselves in an upcoming "on cycle." This will be a large undertaking for those three members, but it is the best way to test how this will work.

Zayne - The reality is not everyone used the spreadsheet last time. I was thinking a thread is pretty simple to use for those that find the spreadsheet daunting. And in a related note, everyone should be encouraged to use it. It was one of the major keys to our success this AvA. Very well done sir

And I was hoping to do 15 at once (8 sand steeds, 7 fealties). Regardless.. I'd be willing to attempt to level a camp on my own in our next 'ON' cycle. I'm quite sure I could get all the mats together and a good chunk of silver. I could then do my BIG RI cycle immediately after to be ready for the 'full monty'. Right now I have over 50 CP… it should be well over 60 by our next 'on' cycle.

One thing to keep in my if you guys are looking to start leveling fast is that the boss battles people send you don't take your CP. if you know this already sorry for the rehash but I actually keep around ten extra SS's just to do BB's. And I'd start just spamming friend request right now. It will make your friend list unwieldy but you'll always have BB requests waiting for you when you log on.
If you start chugging through the BB's as your getting back on your feet, I'll bet you hit 200-300 level fairly fast.

Alex,
I generally add all the Players on the same screen as me when I open up the power screen. i am probly near 200 friends and generally have 6-12 SS in BB at any given time. I highly recomend spamming friend requests...

Yea I periodically go through a couple hundred players around me on the power list and spam the friend requests. It's been surprising how effective just doing that and chugging through BB's has been.
Plus you can actually get quite a bit of stuff you can sell or use too.

I just put up a new spreadsheet for the off-cycle, and if we choose the barter-camp only plan I can do some touch-ups to make that sheet work for Full Monty.
