Almost half way through the fealty run, and a little side note:
The power of Pennyroyals... Crafting speedups are the only speedups that you can not craft. They are hard to come by, but exceptionally useful. As such you want to get as many per run as you can. To do this it is helpful to keep running Vol. II-III alongside your passive runs of Vol. I. You should also check your shopping tab and make sure you purchase 100 items (local maps are 35 silver to close the gap). The other two goals you should keep track of is getting one alignment to 100% (Bacon!!!) and completing 500 quests (Wolf-shaped Bread!!! And it's actually not that difficult).

Hey Zayne - would this be so useful during the RI ? I mean, you won't be crafting too many things, other than maybe more bread and more mead :-) Or are you talking about hoarding as many of these as possible, for *after* you are done RI-ing ?

It is about hoarding... btw, it is also helpful to hit level 50 as the level 50 prize is a consumable speed buff.

Report on Set 2:
Time: 12d 7h 52m -- 1d 12h 59m per RI Bread: 1041-314 net 727 loss -- ~91 bread spent per RI Talent points: 8*Fealty buildings
Note: Also spent lots of Nettle Poultices as I had an inordinate amount of critical misses (also affecting the number of breads consumed). At one point I had 13 SS with double wounds from the same quest...

Lessons learned: Always keep Nettle Poultices in your pocket. I started off with 130 before my RI and I generally hold them until I am running out of fresh SS or one of my AP members has 3. I critically failed 13 times in a row on one "easy" mission and those Nettle Poultices saved me. I used 10 Nettle Poultices and 39 bread on that quest... Generally I let the SS heal naturally, but sometimes it gets to the point where you need to treat. Building priorities: Things to remember: - most resource generation is random (from quests)
- AP can help fill in the gaps if you keep an eye on what you need and what you are going to need
- AP can help generate silver
- the price of upgrades is determined, in part, by the level at which you can purchase the building and, in part, by the number of previous upgrades of the same type
- the speed for an upgrade to complete is determined by the number of upgrades already in place
- the last 5 minutes can be skipped. I know, everyone knows this, but it is good to keep this in mind.
Strategy: - Upgrade the Counting House first
- 1 Stacks of Gold, 9 Silver Bars, 2 Money Chests is the end goal (can be modified to adjust for silver shortage or need for sleep)
- Skip Smithy until the Counting House is complete or you have sufficient stone to complete the Counting House
- Wait on the Village Center unless you need to unlock a resource or have sufficient resources
- Only update the Sept if it can be done without interfering with Bread generation
- Update from left to right
- Counting House>Money Chests (x2), Market>Exchange, and Treasury>Jeweled Sword are the only premium slots that should be prioritized
- Low level AP to cover resource restrictions (early) High level (and sell) AP to cover silver restrictions (mid to late)
- Fealty buildings should be opened based on resource need
- Fealty buildings should be used to produce resources early and xp/power mid to late
- Keep your Fealty buildings either upgrading or churning out resources

Lessons learned: At this point, after a day and a half, I am essentially finished with my CP run for Stark if I want to be. I am at level 85 and have enough buildings, quests, and adventures going to hit 90 and I am probably about 40 bread away from finishing Vol. I. But: - At level 100 you receive food
- There are other fealty-specific PtP awards that take some time (especially Stark)
- Picking up the Obsidian Dagger is a good idea on longer runs
- I'm going for Vol. Forging Bonds Chapter 18 Visions, where I can pick up a Seal of Seven
Also: - One key amendment to the prior post, talking about building priority. Once you have unlocked all buildings and have a steady income from adventures, it is ideal to start focusing on your lower level buildings first as time becomes more of a constriction than cost.

Being on my first RI: I've noticed that if I'm wanting to move onto my next RI as soon as possible - it doesn't seem like I'm getting to the point of anything good from most of the other volumes of quests other than XP. The good seals in Vol 4 are a long way off, as is forging bonds 18 with its seal of the seven.
So I guess my question based on observation is: Is it worth it to do multiple volumes for anything other than XP if you're planning a quick turn around to the next RI?? Also - I know for a fact I've completed many quests for chapters that my stupid interface won't even let me look at. SO is there a work around for that? For all the bonus rewards and such that I may have earned but can't get at to claim because I haven't fully completed a chapter before it in that particular volume? For instance I know I've got the requirement for the valyrian dagger but I can't get at it to claim it yet. (I'm just about to finish up chapter 10 of volume 1… pretty sure chapter 11 is 90% done already).
Just thinking it'd be such a waste to RI with lots of unclaimed stuff I couldn't get at.
I've used about 90 bread… however this is my first RI. I have all volumes going at once but I only use bread on Volume 1 quests.

I generally complete Vol. I all (of course), Vol II chapter 6, Vol III chapter 2, Vol You (until I get level 30), Vol IV (until I get to level 30), and Vol Forging Bonds (until I get to 30). That gets me to the speed boosts fast enough to finish quickly.
Going for the Forging Bonds Chapter 18 will slow you down, so I was holding off until the CP runs. Remember, you can not get the Seal of the Seven as a Stark, Greyjoy, or Baratheon.

Oh - you can't get it as a stark baratheon or Greyjoy? I thought it was just based on choosing the 'New Ways' option leading into the boss battle….
Another thing I've noticed - along with buying 100 local maps before you reincarnate (to grab the bonus pennyroyal) you can also add the 1 talent to the village centre in order to produce wood. Produce 20 of them and you'll get another consumable good that persists through reincarnation. Its a 2x healing buff consumable.
You also get a consumable speed boost at levels 75 and 100. My last incarnation I was waiting on gold from my day 7 so I could perm a 'Caiden Fosterling' I got. I tried seeing how far I got into the other volumes if I didn't use too much bread. I got a lot deeper into the other volumes but still no where near FB 18 or the V4 chapter 9 seal… ended up using around a net loss of 20-30 bread?? and did that incarnation over 2 days. Averaged 1 day per incarnation prior to that.

Clarification: You can not get it as Stark or Greyjoy. As a Baratheon, if you side with Tommen in the first quest in Forging bonds you will receive the Seal of the Seven, otherwise you will receive the Seal of the Hand of the King.
I usually do not have enough time in one RI to make 20 bread, but it is a decent pickup for longer (2 day+) RI.

This incarnation has been a bit of an experiment because I've been trying to build back up to hop in the AvA… so… I haven't used bread and I've focused on levelling and working on my primary stat buildings. The hold ups were resources at the beginning and then coin as I went on. They were relatively manageable but I do set up a full Adventure party as soon as I can and add to it with every CP I get.
I've also been working a lot this week so it's been just as well to just set up quests and log off. I've been in this incarnation for a little over 4 days and I'm about to complete Volume 1. So this has been a NO BREAD run. Also working all other volumes as much as possible figuring if I'm going to stay Baratheon for a week or 2 I may as well get the good items from a run through (seals and gear). So the stats for my no bread run are as follows
4 days + Vol 1 - completed Vol 2 - completed (some point in day 2 or 3) Vol 3 - mid chapter 7 Vol You - end chapter 9 Vol 4 - early chapter 6 Vol FB - mid chapter 11 Level 120 (B)581, (T)218, (I)182
I'm going to finish up 400 PtP wins for the obsidian dagger and push to get to Vol 4, chapter 9 completed and FB 18 for the seals.
