So based on how the last couple days have gone with the camps in the North I'd recommend we lock down The Neck. I know its filled with mats but there are 0 catapults and at this point we wouldn't be able to make enough to level it in time. So unless someone is sitting on 10 or more… lock it down. That way anyone who has their siege work pumping will know not to even bother trying. So I recommend
The Neck: lock down immediately Torrhen's Square: lock down as soon as we fill it up - need 14 Rams (I have 1 coming out in an hour… so 13 more) White Knife: Let it ride for the next 24-36 hours. Aim for levelling up to lvl 13. It's currently lvl 11 with 7/14 scorpions
We have 48 hours left in phase 2 and scorpions are the easiest and quickest to make… I think we could lvl it a couple more times if we all churn out scorps after the rams are done.
To be clear - this would only mean bartering down 1 more lvl in White knife… aid in Reach still being focus. We are close to taking over the #24 spot overall (who is the #2 tier 1 alliance) and we are also close to surpassing DOW in the North.
I'm focused on aid waves in the Reach and constructing Rams right now personally.

I apologize for being a "post it all" this morning See what I did there? - that was for you Tik I made an observation about the camps levelling over the last couple days - in particular static VP and hourly VP. It appears that the moment a camp is levelled the static VP for the next level kicks in immediately. The hourly VP rate kicks in after the upgrade timer runs out. My conclusion based on that - you can benefit from levelling camps right up until the last minute… you just won't get the hourly VP bump. So with that in mind - I say we get some Scorpions churned out for White Knife. We could easily get 1 more level out of it. I still say lock The Neck… and when T. Square levels (I'm taking care of credits right now) lock it too.

So I can't help myself with posts today but…
We are now ranked 24th overall… which means
We are the #1 ranked alliance with 25 or less members (#1 ranked tier 1 alliance overall)
There are only 2 possible exceptions: The golden company has 28 members and are 20 million VP ahead of us (they might be tier 1 based on average participants) and The Ghost of Wynterfell are 140 million ahead of us!!!!! they have 38 members and if 13 aren't participating they could be considered tier 1. No other alliance is even close to a tier 1 alliance in the top 25 :-D

10, 000 spoils… ridiculous...
Zayne, my question to you is this - how many Crystal swords, weirwood, sacrifices, ceremonial bowls, and Valyrian Glyphs do you have? Farming the level 20 camp has been awesome for mats and equipping ALL my SS with crystal swords if they don't have something better already.

I have nine new Pyromancer Apprentices, and another seven on the way once I have enough wildfire... I also have crystal swords on most of my 130+ SS. but not sure about the actual numbers as I dumped the glyphs, wood, and sacrifices once the sell all button popped up.

That's crazy! Right out of the gate!! Nice work everyone!!
Couple things we don't know base on this… "Helping Hands" - we may have qualified for it but we won't know because "Peacemaker" is a higher award… and if you win more than one you only get the highest out of them all.
Secondly… need to rethink how "helping hands" is calculated… Keepers of the Realm got the award with NO ONE garrisoned. Maybe because they received the most aid??
I dunno but this is quite an accomplishment!

OMG - we helped Keepers get the "Helping Hands" award!! Hilarious
Helping Hand: This award is given out for the highest amount of camp damage healed to camps in the Reach
I'm thinking its referring to dmg healed to your own camps in the Reach!!!!!
Think of it this way - "Which alliance has the most dmg healed to camps in the Reach" Its referring to their OWN camps….lol

Well done guys! This was a fantastic team effort and this has proved that we were so justified in leaving (or as in the case of some of us...being kicked out of!) DoW. Onwards and upwards!

Well I left before the boot found my ass. But on that note I'm sure everyone has looked but may as well put it down on paper: Paying the Iron Price: 24th overall; Primary Region (Reach) - 4th; Secondary Region (North) - 61st Direwolves of the Wolfswood: 308th overall; Primary Region (North) - 65th; Secondary Region - none I'm kinda torn. I wasn't a longstanding member there so I don't have as many sentimental feelings as some of you I'm sure, but still it is kinda sad. BUT yeah...I'm definitely feeling justified about everything that led us to this. You are a fantastic group and I'm proud to be a part of it

The second place (100+) and (<100) are an interesting combo...
I am in a similar position to Cristan, I wasn't in DoW very long, but do feel vindicated by the outcome. It turns out that we didn't have to worry about sticking to the Reach... Oh well...
We should send a question to the boards on Helping Hands. Ifso, that could be a very interesting strategy employed by the Keepers (that we may rip off in the future)...
